Promotion Regulations

1. General provisions
1.    The Promotion is organised by the International Cultural Centre with its seat in Krakow (31-008), at Rynek Główny 25, entered in the RiK register under the number - 2/92, using the NIP number 6751000104 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
2.    Taking part in the Promotion will be tantamount to accepting the Regulations.
3.    The Regulations are available at the Organiser's seat and on the Organiser's official website (www.mck.krakow.pl).
4.    All information regarding the Promotion can be found on the website: www.mck.krakow.pl. Any changes and modifications to the Regulations of the Promotion will be posted by the Organiser on the above-mentioned website.

6.    The Promotion starts on September 17, 2021 and will last until January 16, 2022 or until the prize pool is exhausted.

2. Promotion objectives

The Promotion is organised with the objective to:
•    promote the knowledge related to the heritage of Polish and Ukrainian art and their culture;
•    develop artistic sensitivity;
•    increase the audience's participation in the Organiser's educational events.

3. Participants
1.    Promotion Participants are defined as all those taking part in the Promotional programme.
2.    Participation in the Promotion is completely voluntary.
3.    To participate in the Promotion the Participants are required to purchase an admission ticket to the exhibition "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood" and collect a Participant Card at the ticket office of the ICC Gallery, hereinafter referred to as "the Card".
4.    All costs related to the participation in the Promotion shall be borne by the Participant.

4. Participating in the Promotion
1.    Participation in the Promotion consists in collecting stamps on the Card.
2.    The Card with the first stamp can be obtained for the purchase of an admission ticket to the exhibition "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood".
3.    The stamp can be obtained for registering or renewing a library card for the ICC Library and participation in the events accompanying the exhibition "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood", such as:
a)    meetings organised by the ICC in its seat and outside;
b)    walks around Krakow;
c)    guided tours of the exhibition;
d)    art workshops for children - MINIencounters with art, MINIart handyman, Polish words - eastern brushes and other workshops related to the exhibition;
e)    meetings in the series SMoCzKi. In the gallery with the toddler;
f)    classes for school groups - Exhibition with class
g)    meetings in the series A Quarter-Hour with Art;
4.    Each event for which you will be able to get a Promotion stamp will be marked with the slogan: "Have you seen it? This is an event accompanying the exhibition "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood” for which you can get a stamp as part of our Promotion ".

5. Prizes
1.    The following prizes will be awarded in the Promotion:
a)    For collecting three stamps on the Card the Promotion Participant will receive the "Central European Diary", a package of ICC gadgets and a 10 per cent discount on a one-time purchase of exhibition catalogues "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood” or “Plants and animals. Atlases of Natural History in the Age of Linnaeus ” at the ICC bookstore.
b)    For collecting six stamps on the Card the Promotion Participant will receive one selected book from the list attached to the Promotion Regulations, as well as our "Central European Diary", a package of ICC gadgets and a 20 per cent discount on a one-time purchase of exhibition catalogues "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood” or “Plants and animals. Atlases of Natural History in the Age of Linnaeus ” at the ICC bookstore.
c)    For collecting nine stamps on the Card the Promotion Participant will receive two selected books from the list attached to the Promotion Regulations, as well as our "Central European Diary", a package of ICC gadgets and a 50 per cent discount on a one-time purchase of exhibition catalogues "Ukraine. A different angle on neighbourhood” or “Plants and animals. Atlases of Natural History in the Age of Linnaeus ” at the ICC bookstore.
2.    The prize may be collected upon presentation of the collected stamps on the Card. Prizes (i.e. gifts and a discount for purchase) can be collected at the Organiser's seat, after prior e-mail contact at promocja@mck.krakow.pl, no later than January 16, 2022.
3.    After collecting the prize, the Promotion Participant is obliged to return the Card to the Organiser. The purchase discount must be used at the same time as the receipt of the gifts.
4.    The discount on the purchase at the ICC stationary bookstore can be combined with other promotions and discounts.

6. Final provisions  
1.    Any additional information about the Promotion can be obtained at the Organiser's seat or by writing to the following e-mail address: promocja@mck.krakow.pl
2.    All content contained in the advertising and promotional materials is for information purposes only. Only the provisions of the Regulations have legal force.
3.    The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Regulations. The Regulations may be changed, to the extent that does not infringe the rights of the Promotion Participants, by publishing its new content on the website. Amendments to the Regulations may be introduced and announced no later than 14 days prior to their introduction.
4.    The International Cultural Centre, Rynek Główny 25, 31-008 Krakow is defined as the founder of the prizes and guarantor of the prizes within the meaning of Art. 919, 920 and 921 of the Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).
5.    The Participant may resign from participation in the Promotion at any time of its duration.
6.    In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights shall apply.
