Winter holidays at the ICC

The International Cultural Centre in Krakow invites families and organised groups to educational workshops combined with a tour of the „Travelling images. Małgorzata Mirga-Tas” exhibition.

During the tour the participants will be looking for decorative motifs on the presented fabrics. They will create their own artworks, inspired by the exhibition.

The offer is dedicated to Polish and Ukrainian families with children and to organised groups.

Between 28 January and 12 February all children, teenagers and young adults under 26 are entitled to a reduced entry ticket for 1 zł.

For Polish and Ukrainian families with children we propose thematic classes:

on 1 February at 12:30 pm – about patchwork portraits

on 8 February at 12:30 pm – about the genealogy of used materials

The participation is free. No need to pre-book.

For organised groups (cultural centres, nursery schools, schools and other institutions that organise activities for children during winter holidays) we offer classes on one of the selected themes:

- patchwork portraits

- collecting memories

- the genealogy of used materials

The classes are organised at the exhibition (in the ICC Gallery) and in an educational room. The maximum group size is 25 people. Prize: 5 PLN per person.

The workshops for organised groups take place from Tuesday until Friday, from 11 am until 4 pm. Pre-booking is required. Please contact us via e-mail: warsztaty@mck.krakow.pl at least one week in advance. In the message please include the following information: preferred date and time of classes, number and age of participants, the preferred theme, the name of the institution, the personal and contact data of the person responsible for the group.
