Seminar for teachers

November 20, 2014, 2 p.m.–5 p.m.

Galician perspective, or how to use the Galician heritage in teaching more than history. During the seminar, the teachers will have an opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the exhibition, become familiar with the range of educational events during The Myth of Galicia exhibition, and discuss the concept of work on the exhibition with its curators.

Educational program accompanying the exhibition The Myth of Galicia was developed for students of primary schools, middle schools, and high schools. This first large-scale, comprehensive presentation of the masterpieces of Czech Symbolism is an exceptional opportunity to organise a gallery class (for middle schools and high schools) or art workshops (primary schools). Our offer is addressed to teachers specialising in culture appreciation, to Polish language and history instructors, as well as foreign language teachers, for we also provide classes in English, German, and French.
