We invite you to visit the exhibition of works for the Free the Pegasus competition, organized by the ICC as part of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018.
The purpose of the competition was to promote this event in Poland, by sharing and disseminating the Pegasus character and five other figures with the original hybrid design that represent this year's ERDK edition. The participants' task was to design a utility gadget using official ERDK2018 graphics created by Krzysztof Radoszek.
The main prize in the competition is the production of one unique copy of the winning item. In addition, the winners received a set of ERDK2018 gadgets and selected ICC publication in Krakow. The jury, which included a designer and graphic artist - Krzysztof Radoszek, awarded three winners and awarded one work.
1st place - Aleksandra Klekot, skateboard design.
2nd place - Julia Czekaj, t-shirt design.
3rd place - Magdalena Borowicz, suit design.
Distinction - Anna Żychowska, desk design.
The exhibition has been prepared to promote innovative ideas and good design, as well as Polish tangible and intangible heritage found in the digitized collections of Polish museums and cultural institutions.
