The motto of the 29th Kraków International Book Fair is the quote ‘Attention: the other person’. This refers to the 90th anniversary of the birth of Agnieszka Osiecka, which falls in 2026 – one of Poland’s most outstanding poets and songwriters, whose work has been moving and inspiring successive generations of readers and listeners for decades. The event promotes reading and is open to the general public. Exhibitors include: Polish and international publishers, book wholesalers, bookshops, cultural institutions, associations linked to the book market in Poland, distributors of electronic media, printing houses and paper manufacturers.
