Join us for International Colour Day and the first day of spring at the ICC – we will be holding family workshops full of colour to mark the occasion! We will consider what shade is called Snowy, whether Windy is really a colour, and we will create our own colourful works of art!
21 March 2026, 12.00 pm
On International Colour Day, which is also the first day of spring, we will experiment with colours at the ICC, look at them from a completely different perspective and seek inspiration in the spring landscape. Family workshops on colours will become a space for shared fun, discovery and creative activity. They will be led by MCK educators Marcin Krotla and Dominik Wrześniak.
During the meeting, we will look at forgotten, unusual colours inspired by nature and spring – colours that are difficult to find in a typical set of crayons or paints. We will play with colours, guess and wonder what shades may be hidden under mysterious names and what associations, emotions and images they evoke in our imagination. In the creative part, participants will create their own works inspired by the colours they have learned about, with the help of educators.
