Meeting of the ICC Foundation in Przegorzały

On 17 February, a meeting of the International Cultural Centre Foundation in Krakow was held, during which a new Foundation Board was elected. Its representatives also summarised the past year and discussed plans and intentions for 2026.

The new ICC Foundation Board for the years 2026-2030 consists of: Ziyad Raoof – Chair, Marzena Daszewska – Vice-Chair, Ewa Wojtoń – Secretary and Dr Marek Golemo, Dr Jakub Górski, Prof. Jerzy Hausner, Zbigniew Krzysztyniak and Andrzej Tombiński – Members of the Management Board. Prof. Jacek Purchla remained the Chairman of the Founders’ Council.

Activities of the ICC Foundation

The ICC Foundation was established in December 1990. Its aim is to support the statutory activities of the institution, including its research, educational, exhibition and publishing missions. The Foundation organises international educational programmes, exhibitions and artistic events, as well as coordinating the publication of books. It can also support external projects and organisations.

The ICC Foundation’s achievements include such projects as European Culture Month, co-coordinating the Polish network of the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue Between Cultures. a seminar as part of the educational programme “Borderland Heritage” and city walks entitled “The Galician Ring of Krakow” with the participation of ICC Foundation volunteers.
