Dedicated Hours
Every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the ICC Gallery observes quiet visiting hours — all sound and multimedia elements are turned off.

Conversely, on Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the gallery may be livelier than usual. This hour is especially dedicated to children, whom we warmly welcome.
Looking for help?
Visitors may request to tour the exhibition accompanied by an assistant. Upon request, the assistant can also provide support in travelling between the nearest public transport stop and the ICC Gallery. To ensure availability, please notify us at least three days prior to your visit.

        TOTUPOINT System

At the International Cultural Centre, we have installed the TOTUPOINT system, based on a network of electronic beacons that can communicate with modern mobile devices such as smartphones. The beacons are placed throughout the building.

When a user approaches a specific beacon, they will hear a sound signal and receive a message with a description of the location.

To use the TOTUPOINT system, simply download the free app to your phone:

Download the app for iOS or Android – it’s free.

        Assistive Equipment Rental

Visitors to the Gallery can borrow A4 reading overlays and magnifying glasses free of charge.

        Service Dog

Service dogs are welcome at the ICC. For more information, please refer to the Gallery Regulations.

Visitors may request to tour the exhibition accompanied by an assistant. Upon request, the assistant can also provide support in travelling between the nearest public transport stop and the ICC Gallery. To ensure availability, please notify us at least three days prior to your visit.

        Entrance

The main entrance doors to the ICC are double-leaf, 2.5 metres high and 2 metres wide. The right-hand door opens outward.
Just beyond the entrance doors, past the doormat, a tactile guiding trail is installed on the floor of the vestibule and main hall.

        Tactile Guiding Trail

The tactile guiding trail is approximately 12 metres long and leads to the reception desk, located on the right-hand side.
About 4 metres from the entrance, between the vestibule and the main hall, there is a set of double glass doors that open outward.

On the ground floor, behind the reception desk and to the left side of the main hall, there is a cloakroom.
It is accessible via a short staircase with three steps.

The Visitor Information Point and the Gallery

The Visitor Information Point and the Gallery are located on the first floor. They can be reached by stairs or by lift. Both are situated directly opposite the reception desk. The tactile guiding path leads to the lift.

Some exhibitions are presented in the historic cellars of the ICC (level -1). However, tickets must first be collected from the Visitor Information Point on the first floor.

To access the cellars, return to the ground floor and take the stairs located to the right of the cloakroom.
