30th anniversary of the elections of 4 June 1989

On the 30th anniversary of the elections of June 4, 1989, we return to the birth of the ICC and the vision of Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki.

We want cultural cooperation to flourish in the new Europe. The activities of the International Cultural Center should contribute to this goal. We intend to create such a center in Krakow - the prime minister declared on behalf of the Polish government at the historical CSCE Summit in Paris (November 1990) ending the Cold War.
