The ICC Programme Council of the 10th term (2020-2022):
  • Dr. Antoni Bartosz – medievalist, translator, literary scholar, doctor of humanities at Paris IV University at the Sorbonne. Founder and long-time director of the Małopolska Institute of Culture. Since 2008, the director of the Seweryn Udziela Ethnographic Museum in Krakow.
  • Professor Andrzej Chwalba – historian, essayist, researcher of social, cultural and political history of the 19th and 21st centuries, Polish-Russian relations, the history of Krakow and the Jagiellonian University. Lecturer at the Jagiellonian University, vice-president of the Polish Historical Society, member of many museum councils.
  • Dr. Sabra Daici – philologist, translator of Polish literature into Romanian, culture manager, long-term director of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Warsaw.
  • Paweł Jaskanis – art historian, archaeologist, museologist, specialist in cultural heritage management. He was the General Inspector of Monuments. From 2002, director of the Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów.
  • Professor Dr. Csaba G. Kiss – historian of literature and culture, essayist, expert on Central European issues. Professor emeritus at the Department of Cultural History at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and lecturer at many Central European universities, including Charles University, University of Warsaw and University of Zagreb.
  • Professor Waldemar Łazuga – historian, journalist, researcher of Polish and global history of the 19th and 20th centuries with particular emphasis on the history of Central Europe, Austria-Hungary and Galicia. Lecturer at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
  • Professor Maria Poprzęcka – art historian and critic, essayist, her research interests cover 19th- and 20th century painting, contemporary art and art research methodology. For many years she was a director of the Institute of Art History at the University of Warsaw, currently a lecturer at the "Artes Liberales" College at the University of Warsaw.
  • Prof. Dr. MD Piotr Przybyłowski – cardiac surgeon, specialist in clinical transplantation, lecturer at the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University, medical director of the Silesian Centre for Heart Diseases in Zabrze, regional consultant in the field of clinical transplantation.
  • Professor Mykola Ryabchuk –literary critic, translator and essayist, founder of the magazine "Krytyka", honorary president of the Ukrainian PEN-Club. Since 2014, chairman of the jury of the “Angelus” Central European Literature Award. Author of several books, including the most recent one: "At the Fence of Metternich's Garden. Essays on Europe, Ukraine, and Europeanization” (2021) published in English by ibidem Verlag.
  • Rasa Rimickaitė – cultural scholar, philologist, translator of Polish literature into Lithuanian, lecturer of Lithuanian history and culture at the University of Warsaw. Graduate of the Vilnius University and the School of Social Sciences at the Polish Academy of Sciences. From 2012, she was a cultural attaché at the Lithuanian Embassy in Poland.
  • Professor Andrzej Rottermund – art historian, museologist, researcher and promoter of the history of Warsaw. Long-term director of the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Deputy Minister of Culture and Art in the government of J.K. Bielecki, chairman of the Polish UNESCO Committee (2011–2015).
  • Janusz Sepioł – architect, art historian, politician, urban planner at the Krakow Development Office, Provincial Architect in Krakow, Marshal of Małopolska (2002–2006), Senator of the Republic of Poland (7th and 8th term). Author of many urban studies, General Designer of the Małopolska Spatial Development Plan. Initiator of the construction of such facilities as Cricoteka, the Małopolska Garden of Arts or the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow.
  • Urszula Ślązak – director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and Sport.
  • Professor Robert Traba – historian, political scientist, researcher of the relationship between history and memory. Founder of the "Borussia" Cultural Community Association in Olsztyn and editor of the quarterly "Borussia". For many years the director of the Centre for Historical Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Berlin. Researcher at the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
  • Magdalena Vášáryová – sociologist, politician, former Czechoslovakian ambassador to Austria and ambassador of Slovakia in Poland, former secretary of state in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic. Founder of SFPA and the council of the NGO Via Kultura, president of the Živena association of Slovak women.
