The first edition of this programme took place in 2012. Since then, the academy has been held annually.

The summer school is aimed at young researchers, students and professionals interested in the cultural heritage of Central Europe. Participants have the opportunity to establish international contacts and exchange experiences, which fosters dialogue and cooperation in the region.
