Join for relaxation workshops with Yoga Nidra, led by Beata Krokowska, psychologist and yoga instructor. The classes will be complemented by a short guided tour of the exhibition “Brâncuși. Sculpting with Light.”

Relax and unwind at the ICC! Yoga Nidra is an exceptionally relaxing practice aimed at deeply relaxing the body and allowing the mind to rest. After a short series of gentle exercises in a sitting position, suitable for everyone regardless of physical condition, there will be a guided relaxation session lasting about 25 minutes, during which participants will lie comfortably on a mat.

The class will be complemented by a short guided tour of the exhibition "Brâncuși. Sculpting with Light," which will focus on the sensuality and sensuality captured in the works of the Romanian artist. The exhibition at the ICC is an attempt to enter the world of one of the most important artists of the 20th century and look at his art through the prism of light and photography, which for him was not only a documentary tool, but a fully-fledged creative field.

The event is part of the 13th Culture Without Barriers Festival, of which the International Cultural Centre in Krakow is a partner. We are delighted to be involved in the organization of the Festival, which promotes the idea of accessibility of culture for all – a value particularly close to our institution.
