The ICC has assumed patronage of the III Cracovian Congress of History Students: Rebellions, Uprisings and Revolutions throughout the Ages, organized by the Jagiellonian University Academic Circle of Historians. This is a scientific conference aimed at history students and doctoral students from different countries and academic backgrounds. Its purpose is not only to exchange knowledge and views, but also to integrate young researchers and promote Krakow as an important scientific and cultural center.

On May 8-10, 2025, Jagiellonian University will host the 3rd Krakow Congress of History Students, which will focus on various forms of resistance and rebellion in history - from classical revolutions and uprisings to less obvious acts of defiance. The international academic event, under the patronage of the ICC, is also co-organized by the Faculty Council of Student Government of the Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University and the Polish Historical Society – Krakow Branch.

The first edition of the congress was held in 2019 on the initiative of the Jagiellonian University Student Historians' Circle. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event could not be continued in subsequent academic years. The idea was revisited in 2023, resulting in the organization of the second edition in April 2024. Each iteration of the congress has its own theme. During the first edition, participants discussed freedom and independence in the 19th century, while the 2024 event focused on colonization and decolonization.
