The second edition of The Academy of Heritage for Ukraine begins at the International Cultural Center. The program, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine and the Municipal Plant "Administration of the Ancient Dvinogród Historical and Cultural Reserve", will be held on September 4-8, 2024 in Krakow. This unique event is possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland as part of the "Inspiring Culture" program.

The Academy of Heritage for Ukraine is an initiative addressed to people involved in the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage of Ukraine. The aim of the program is to exchange knowledge, experience and good practices in the field of heritage management, as well as to establish international cooperation for its protection and revitalization.

Participants of The Academy of Heritage for Ukraine 2024 will begin the program by participating in the 7th Heritage Forum of Central Europe, which took place on September 4-5 in Krakow. In the following days (September 6-7), they will take part in study visits to key cultural institutions, such as the Princes Czartoryski Museum and Pieskowa Skała Castle, to learn good practices in financing and implementing cultural projects. On September 8, there will be a workshop on financing projects from European Union funds, during which participants will work on a hypothetical application for funding.
