Meeting of the Thesaurus Poloniae scholarship holder with representatives of the ICC

A meeting between Thesaurus Poloniae scholarship holder Nora Ebneth and representatives of the International Cultural Centre in Cracow took place on March 11.

Nora Ebneth, a doctoral student at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama, met with representatives of the ICC – Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik, Dr. Łukasz Galusek, Prof. Dr. Jacek Purchla, Dr. Michał Wiśniewski and Zofia Rokitka. The scholarship holder of the 31st edition of the Thesaurus Poloniae program talked about her project, focused on the wartime instrumentalization of Chopin's work and figure in the Third Reich.

Thesaurus Poloniae is a three-month program of the International Cultural Centre in Cracow addressed to foreign scholars conducting research on the culture, history and multicultural heritage of the Republic of Poland and Central Europe. Researchers involved in the management and preservation of cultural heritage, as well as theoretical research in history, art history, sociology, ethnography, cultural anthropology and other related sciences are invited to participate. The program is carried out in two categories: Senior Program for professors and university lecturers with doctoral degrees, and Junior Program for doctoral students.
