Fundraising Specialist at the ICC Organizational Office

We are looking for a person to join the ICC Organizational Office who will comprehensively handle relations with sponsors and be responsible for raising additional funds for the institution.

Contract: full-time
Salary: PLN 6,000-6,500 gross
City: Krakow
Province: Małopolska
Education: higher
Experience: min. 4 years of experience in a similar position
Duration of the offer: until January 16, 2026 

Your main tasks will include:

  • developing a strategy for obtaining additional sources of funding for the institution,

  • establishing and maintaining good relations with donors/sponsors,

  • organizing image-building events, including selected meetings of the ICC Management Board,

  • co-organizing events and projects coordinated by the ICC Organizational Office,

  • preparing applications and accounting for ministerial and local government grants obtained,

  • designing and implementing fundraising campaigns, including developing campaign budgets,

  • co-creating content for social media, collaborating on the creation of graphic materials,

  • cooperating with legal advisors, the finance office and the management of the ICC Foundation in the scope resulting from the projects implemented,

  • cooperating with the Communication Department and other ICC departments in relation to planned and ongoing activities

We expect the candidate to have:

  • at least four years of experience in accounting for grants and subsidies and in conducting sponsorship activities,

  • strong interpersonal skills and personal culture, ease in establishing and building relationships,

  • the ability to work in a team,

  • a high degree of independence and good work organization,

  • analytical thinking and planning skills,

  • fluency in Polish, communication skills in English at a minimum B1 level; knowledge of other languages will be an additional advantage,

  • fluency in MS Office and other basic IT tools, as well as openness to new communication technologies. 

Additional advantages will include:

  • knowledge of IT programs for project management and electronic document circulation,

  • experience in working with non-governmental organizations in applying for additional sources of funding,

  • ability to prepare contracts related to the scope of duties,

  • experience in working in a public finance sector entity,

  • knowledge of public procurement regulations, knowledge of diplomatic protocol.
