First day of exhibition "M.K. Čiurlionis. Lithuanian Tale"

2015-10-16, 10:00 a.m.
An exhibition by one of the most important Lithuanian artists, whose achievements are compared to artists of the order of Wassily Kandinsky, Arnold Böcklin, Edvard Munch, and Odilon Redon.

Yet the works of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis (1875–1911) are hardly known to the Polish public, which is all the more surprising given the extremely strong connections he had with the Polish artistic circles of the late 19th and early 20th century.
