Stanisław Łubieński – a humanist by training, watches birds since early primary school. Here is most happy to spy on nature in the city, which he regards as his natural habitat. He has written two books: a historical documentary Pirat stepowy (translated into Croatian and Ukrainian) and the collection Dwanaście srok za ogon – a story about the birdwatching passion. Literary reviewer and columnist. Recipient of the Ministry of Culture scholarship. Writes a blog called “Wild Ochota” (a district of Warsaw).
