The next edition of the international ArtCoMe project took place on October 25-28 in Bratislava. Art and Contemporary Me. A group of 20 students from four countries met again to participate in activities devoted to the cultural heritage of Central Europe. The event's Polish partner was ICC.

The most important cases of this Visegrad initiative were four meetings of schoolchildren, taking place in cities where the exhibition Years of Disarray. Art of the Avant-Garde in Central Europe 1908-1928 is currently being presented. Two three-day project seminars have been held so far. For the first time, students met in Olomouc in November 2018 to create Wikipedia slogans inspired by avant-garde art. During the meeting in Krakow in April 2019, young participants took part in workshops with professional curators to look at the process of building exhibitions at a museum or gallery, and examined the potential of social media in promoting art. In Bratislava, educational workshops were devoted to creating film animations, writing newspaper articles and designing magazine covers.

The project involved students from Olomouc (Gymnázium Olomouc-Hejčín), Krakow (VII Private Secondary School named after Mikołaj Rej in Kraków), Bratislava (Škola Pre Mimoriadne Nadané Deti a Gymnázium) and Pécs (Pécsi Apáczai Csere János (ANK).

ArtCoMe is an educational project based on cooperation between students, professionals, teachers and museum educators. It was established to facilitate intercultural dialogue based on a common European cultural heritage.
