Anna Syska visits the International Cultural Centre

On 30 March, the director of the City Museum of Tychy visited the International Cultural Centre in Kraków. She spoke with Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik, director of the ICC, about the activities of the institutions they lead and future joint projects.

Anna Syska met with Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik to exchange experiences and information regarding the current activities of the ICC and the City Museum of Tychy. The directors also discussed potential future collaboration. Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik also spoke about our institution’s plans for the near future and the changes awaiting the ICC’s headquarters in connection with the FEnIKS programme.

Anna Syska, a historian and architecture populariser, has collaborated with the International Cultural Centre in Kraków on numerous occasions – as a lecturer, an expert during panel discussions and guided tours, and as a contributor to the magazine “Herito”. She specialises in the cultural heritage of the Silesian Voivodeship and western Lesser Poland, with a particular focus on 20th-century architecture. She worked as the Municipal Conservator of Monuments in Tychy, and since September 2025 has been the director of the City Museum of Tychy.
