The ICC invites you to an Accessible Sunday at the exhibition presenting the work of one of the most famous artists of the 20th century – Constantin Brâncuși. You will be able to explore it during a guided tour with translation into Polish Sign Language and a guided tour with live audio description.

Accessible Sundays at the ICC promote integration and enable all visitors to fully participate in cultural life. Regardless of their needs and abilities, everyone has the opportunity to experience the exhibitions and events organized by our institution.

The exhibition “Brâncuși. Sculpting with Light” is an attempt to delve into the art of the Romanian artist, to understand the way he saw the world and matter, as well as how he used light and shadow to give form deeper meanings. The exhibition at the ICC has been conceived as a journey, both literal and spiritual – from his hometown of Hobița, through his studio in Paris, to the sculpture complex in Târgu Jiu and back to his spiritual roots in the Carpathians. Alongside the Romanian artist's photographic experiments, we will see works by contemporary artists whose creations combine modernity and contemporaneity, showing that Brâncuși's philosophy remains alive and inspiring.
