2019-11-19 - 2019-11-20
On November 19-20, the ICC research team participates in the ILUCIDARE consortium meeting in Brussels. The ICC is one of the partners of this international initiative that analyzes the relationship between cultural heritage and innovation as well as cultural heritage and diplomacy.

The subject of the meeting is progress in the implementation of the research part of the project, analysis of the state of preparation and implementation of coaching sessions and capacity building workshops in Kosovo, Iran and Ethiopia and discussion of plans for further implementation of the project.

Part of the meeting is also a co-creation workshop devoted to the problems of obstacles and challenges that people who may undertake to implement similar projects in the future may potentially encounter. External experts and researchers involved in the implementation of parallel Horizon 2020 projects were invited to participate in the workshop: RURITACH, ECHOES, ROCK and CLIC.

On November 20, the first ILUCIDARE Playground conference is held. Over one hundred people listen to discussion panels with the participation of representatives of the European Commission, prestigious NGOs and cultural heritage institutions. In the afternoon session, workshops were organized that will allow, on the one hand, better knowledge and exchange of knowledge between specialists, and on the other, recognition of mechanisms and trends in the use of heritage potential in international relations and innovative ventures.
