About architecture and urban planning of the Third Reich in Poland

2018-12-03, 6:00 p.m.
The German plans for the conquest and the Nazi policy of genocide determined the unambiguous qualification of the whole legacy of architects of the Third Reich in Poland as the "heritage of hatred". How to value it after over 70 years since the end of the war?

The lecture will be devoted to German architects and town planners who found themselves among the willing helpers of the Nazi regime. They were specialists who designed and implemented town halls and housing estates in the cities of occupied Poland, as well as labor camps and extermination camps.

A lecture in German with simultaneous translation into Polish.
