On March 14, the ICC hosted a conference focused on the impact of migration on cultural heritage practices and perceptions. Those gathered at the conference were welcomed by ICC Director Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik. Prof. Jacek Purchla also took part in the seminar.

The International Cultural Centre and the Centre for Migration Studies at Warsaw University jointly invited the participants to a conference that summarized the research and activities carried out under the HerInt project. The meeting was an opportunity to reflect together on the social dimension of heritage in the context of growing migration flows. Also discussed were challenges and good practices in the area of multiculturalism, which the International Cultural Centre, which hosts the conference, is also trying to address.
