29 August – 3 September, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Can there be anything more pleasant at the end of the holidays than a workshop in open air? The International Cultural Centre in Krakow invites participants to drawing workshops and lectures on architecture.

Classes are intended for teenagers over 12 years of age and adults. Participants will learn the basic techniques of architectural drawing. They will also have the opportunity to learn more about Krakow’s medieval and early modern architecture, as well as buildings erected in the 19th and 20th centuries in classicist, romantic and modernist styles.

The workshops will be conducted in a group of up to 15 participants. Each class will start with a 30-minute lecture at the ICC, introducing the topics of the classes. Then the participants will receive the tools necessary for painting – drawing boards, paper, pencils, chairs – and will go outdoors. Each time the lecturer will choose the location that will best illustrate the topic of the lecture.
