Agata Wąsowska-Pawlik's lecture was part of the module “Practical examples of cultural institution management”. The director of the ICC spoke, among other things, about issues related to the role and function of art today in relation to management. Using the example of our institution's activities, the director of the ICC outlined the methods of implementing various types of cultural initiatives and the challenges involved.

These classes are organised as part of postgraduate studies in cultural management at the Jagiellonian University, which are of a professional development nature and are addressed both to people working in cultural institutions and those interested in cultural management in the broad sense. The lecturers on this course include academics from the Jagiellonian University, the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Economics in Krakow, as well as directors of festivals, museums, theatres and other cultural organisations.
