Signing of agreements under the project “Modernisation and adaptation of the Ravens House"

Agreements were signed at the International Cultural Centre in Krakow concerning support for the implementation of the project “Modernisation and adaptation of the ground floor of the Ravens House and renovation of the technical infrastructure of the headquarters of the International Cultural Centre in Krakow”.

SPDV Sp. z o.o. from Krakow, also operating in a consortium with BUK Invest Sp. z o.o., will be responsible for providing investor supervision, legal services and financial settlements for the project. The signing of the agreement is an important step towards the effective implementation of the investment, which aims to modernise the space and increase the accessibility of the ICC headquarters.

The project includes, among other things, incorporating the ground floor of the tenement house into the functional layout of the institution and giving it a new cultural function – a bookshop, café and educational rooms will be created there. There are also plans to modernise selected spaces and technical installations, purchase modern equipment, remove architectural barriers and provide training to improve the team's skills in serving visitors with special needs.

All these changes are intended to increase access to culture.

The project is being implemented thanks to funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment (FEnIKS) Programme 2021–2027.
