We will treat them as an expression of the city’s memory – suspended between documentation and nostalgia. Photographs of old streets, buildings and residents allow us to trace not only what has disappeared from Kraków, but also the way in which successive eras chose what was worth preserving and what should be left out of the frame.

Lecture from the series “Decades with Art” – practical information:

The meeting will be held online via the Zoom platform.

Participation in the lecture is free of charge.

To receive a link to the meeting, please send your application to: warsztaty@mck.krakow.pl

The lecture will be held in Polish.

Host:

Dr. Małgorzata Jędrzejczyk – art historian, curator.
