How have their functions changed, who has stayed in them, and what secrets do these extraordinary places harbour? We invite you to join us on a walk with history as our backdrop.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7 August 2026, 11.00&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This walk, part of the Mature for Art series, will take us on a tour of the historic hotels in Krak\u00f3w\u2019s Old Town. During the tour, we\u2019ll learn about the history of the old townhouses that have been transformed into elegant hotels, their architecture, and the stories associated with these places and the people who have stayed there. We\u2019ll examine how the functions of these buildings have changed over the years and what traces of the past have survived within them to this day. She studied art history at the Jagiellonian University, Universit\u00e4t Wien and Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin. Graduate of the interdisciplinary studies programme Environment-Technologie-Society (Jagiellonian University). Author of scientific articles on art and architecture of the 20th century and publications in exhibition catalogs and magazines. Co-editor of an anthology of texts obraz\/cia\u0142o and the publication &#8220;Composing space. Avant-garde sculptures&#8221;. Co-author and curator of the artistic and scientific program &#8220;Exercising Modernity&#8221; (Pilecki-Institut Berlin).
