Dr. Micha\u0142 Wi\u015bniewski will discuss its history, the artists involved in its creation and its extraordinary interiors.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>May 8, 2026, 15.00<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today\u2019s House Under the Globe, originally the seat of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, was built in 1906 as part of the transformations that shaped the modern face of Krak\u00f3w. This unique building was designed by Franciszek M\u0105czy\u0144ski and Tadeusz Stryje\u0144ski, architects who at the time had experience collaborating on projects, including Krak\u00f3w\u2019s Palace of Art. Although Stanis\u0142aw Wyspia\u0144ski was originally supposed to work on the interior design, the task was ultimately entrusted to J\u00f3zef Mehoffer.
