{"id":24402,"date":"2025-12-30T13:31:50","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T13:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mck.krakow.pl\/mck-dostepne-i-otwarte-dla-wszystkich-film\/"},"modified":"2026-02-25T12:39:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T12:39:21","slug":"mck-dostepne-i-otwarte-dla-wszystkich-film","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mck.krakow.pl\/en\/mck-dostepne-i-otwarte-dla-wszystkich-film\/","title":{"rendered":"The ICC accessible and open to everyone [FILM]"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025 we joined the Agreement for the Accessibility of Krakow&#8217;s Cultural Institutions, collaborating with other entities to jointly develop the idea of an open, inclusive and accessible culture for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibitions presented at the ICC are designed with the diverse needs of our guests in mind. The amenities we have introduced have been very well received by both visitors and experts who deal with accessibility on a daily basis. A special event was the first exhibition in the history of the ICC that was fully accessible to people with visual impairments \u2013 \u201cTouch of art \u2013 laboratory of form\u201d presenting original graphics by Prof. Agnieszka \u0141akoma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year&#8217;s edition of the \u201cAccessible Sunday\u201d series was full of events that attracted a lot of interest and were very well received by participants. We ensured that the program was of a high standard in terms of content and organization and that it responded to the diverse needs of our audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We tried to ensure accessibility in all areas: mobility, comprehension, hearing, vision, and sensory experiences. The program included guided tours and city walks, sensory workshops, and\u2014for the first time at the ICC\u2014a theater performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cAccessible Sunday\u201d series was funded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund, a state-run special-purpose fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are convinced that accessibility at the ICC is not just an empty slogan, but a real action \u2013 because culture is for everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Film with translation into Polish Sign Language:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dost\u0119pno\u015b\u0107 Mi\u0119dzynarodowego Centrum Kultury w Krakowie.
