KR\/1126\/DS\/25 of September 11, 2025, performed by the Polish Motor Association, Regional Economic Activity Team sp. z o.o. \u2013 Office of Certified Experts in Automotive Technology, Road Traffic, Machines, and Equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Place and date where the vehicle being sold can be viewed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle can be viewed at ul. Smole\u0144sk 29 in Krakow, between 9.00 and 14.00, after making an appointment by calling 608 512&nbsp;713.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Deadline, place, and method of submitting bids, and the period during which bids are binding<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bids and attachments should be submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be addressed as follows: \u201cBID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CAR \u2013 DO NOT OPEN\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bids should be submitted in person or via a postal operator or courier \u2013 on working days (Monday to Friday) between 8.30 and 16.00, but no later than\u00a0<strong>March 12, 2026, by 16.00;<\/strong>\u00a0in the case of bids submitted by post, the date and time of delivery of the bid to the Seller&#8217;s address shall be decisive, not the date of the postmark;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tender organizer sets the bid validity period at 14 days\u00a0<br><br>7.\u00a0<strong>Deposit amount, form, date, and place of payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The condition for participating in the tender is to pay a deposit of 10% of the starting price of the car, i.e. PLN&nbsp;7 236 (seven thousand two hundred and thirty-six zlotys).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit must be paid by bank transfer by March 9, 2026, to the bank account at BGK bank no.: 88 1130 1150 0012 1269 6920 0002 with the transfer title \u201cTender deposit for the purchase of a car.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A correctly paid deposit is a deposit that will be credited to the Organizer&#8217;s account by the above-mentioned date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not possible to pay the deposit at the MCK headquarters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bidder should pay the deposit in advance so that the amount can be credited by the date required by the Organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit submitted by Bidders whose bids are not selected or are rejected will be returned immediately after the selection of the bid, but no later than within 3 days of its completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit paid by the Bidder purchasing the vehicle shall be credited towards the purchase price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit shall be forfeited to the Organizer if none of the participants in the tender offers a purchase price equal to at least the starting price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit shall be forfeited to the Organizer if the Bidder whose bid has been selected refuses to conclude the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<strong>Requirements to be met by bids in the tender<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offer, under pain of nullity, should be made in writing and must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full name, exact address of residence, and contact telephone number, e-mail address, or: name (company name) and address of the Bidder&#8217;s registered office, contact telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number (NIP), and National Court Register number (KRS) (in the case of a company);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the case of a legal entity participating in the tender, a current extract from the relevant register, issued no earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids, and in the case of an entrepreneur, information about the entry in the CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the date of preparation of the bid;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the offered price of the vehicle covered by the tender;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a statement by the Bidder that they have familiarized themselves with the condition of the subject of the tender or that they are responsible for the consequences of not conducting an inspection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of payment of the applicable deposit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an initialed draft contract with an attachment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the signature of the Bidder or a representative authorized to act on their behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. <strong>Other information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to comply with the formal requirements for submitting bids (envelope not addressed in accordance with the template, failure to meet the deadline for submitting bids, envelope not sealed) will result in the bid not being considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A bid will be rejected if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the price offered is lower than the starting price,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it does not contain the required elements \u2013 data and documents, or they are incomplete, illegible, or raise other doubts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bidder who offers the highest price will be notified and invited to sign the vehicle sale agreement. All costs of the agreement shall be borne by the Buyer.
