This volume is devoted to historic monuments of the Gródek and the out-of-town Lviv deaneries,and also apart of the Żółkiew deanery-in their prewar boundaries. These monuments are mainly religious edifices nine of which have survived intact.

Some of them (e.g.,in Kukizów or Żółtańce) no longer exist, and some are extremely dilapidated. The described monuments are in Barszczowice, Białogóra, Białohorszcze, Biłka Szlachecka, Burzkowice, Czyszki near Lwów, Glińsko, Gródek Jagielloński, Janów, Jaryczów Nowy, Kłodno Wielkie, Kościejów, Krechów, Kukizów, Lubień Wielki, Malechów, Powitno (Malczyce) Prusy, Przedrzymichy Małe, Rodatycze, Rzęsna Polska, Sichów, Sokolniki, Wiesenberg, Wołczuchy, Zboisko, Zimnawoda, Zubrza, Żółtańce, Żydatycze.
