Prof. Dr. Jacek Purchla elected vice-president of Europa Nostra

On May 7, 2018 Prof. Dr. Jacek Purchla was elected vice-president of Europa Nostra. Europa Nostra is a pan-European federation of organisations and institutions in the field of cultural and environmental heritage preservation. It represents at the European level some 250 non-governmental organisations, 150 associate organisations and 1500 individual members from more than 50 countries. Together, they provide a network for dialogue and debate, celebrate the best heritage achievements; campaign against threats to vulnerable heritage buildings, sites and landscapes, and lobby for sustainable policies and high quality standards with regard to heritage.
