Polish and Norwegian architects in dialogue – open public meeting

The exhibition currently on display at the ICC Gallery creates a unique opportunity for one to become familiarised  with the milieu of Norwegian architects. The ICC will host the representatives of five architecture studios from Norway. A presentation of their achievements will be a starting point for a discussion on the condition of contemporary architecture and the challenges that it poses. The debate will be chaired by Mr Piotr Gajewski, the president of the Krakow branch of the Union of Polish Architects (SARP). The regional and city authorities are also expected to attend the meeting. We hope that such a wide circle of specialists will foster the dialogue and the exchange of experiences and good practices. 

The meeting will be attended by the following guests:

  • Piotr Gajewski, an architect – the president of the Krakow branch of the Union of Polish Architects (SARP)
  • Andrzej Wyżykowski, an architect  – Chief Architect of the City of Krakow, Union for Polish Architects
  • Elżbieta Koterba – Vice-President of Krakow, City Investment Department
  • Krzysztof Markiel – Director of the Department of Culture and National Heritage in the Marshall Office of Małopolska Voivodeship
  • Marian Mikołajski, an architect,  Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Norway in Krakow
