Anna Lindh Mediterranean Forum
The second edition of the Anna Lindh Mediterranean Forum, which gathered over a thousand participants from 43 countries of the Union for the Mediterranean, was held in the French city of Marseille. The largest gathering of civil society since the outbreak of the so-called Arab Spring, the forum offered a unique opportunity to reflect on the matters of the region as well as to create a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience. The programme of the forum compriseed of plenary lectures, debates, expert sessions, presentations, workshops and intercultural fair.

On April 5, the International Cultural Centre, the co-ordinator of the Polish network of the Anna Lindh Foundation, organised its own session titled Do We All Live on the Mediterranean?. Among the participants one found Prof. Dr. Jacek Purchla, Prof. Dr. Tuomo Melasuo, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Tozy and Dr. Katarzyna Górak-Sosnowska.

The forum was also attended by the representatives of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the members of the Polish network selected by the Anna Lindh Foundation (the representatives of the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, City Culture Institute, Other Space Foundation, Together Poland Foundation, Campaign Against Homophobia, PRO-Med).
